Jonas Properties acquired 820-828 Main Street, Farmingdale in July 2015.  Improvement plans included interior renovations and mechanical installations for the existing vacant space. Jonas Properties acquired the building with 50% vacancy, with improvements to the interior and exterior, three new tenants were secured with long-term leases.  The building as of March 2016 is 100% occupied.
